- Do You charge for Service calls?
Yes, however if you decide to use our services it is waived. We also offer free phone consultations.
- Do You Warranty Your Work?
Yes, at Forbes Electrical we stand behind the work that we do. Your service technician will explain how our warranty program works before providing service.
- Do you operate 24 hours?
Our normal business Hours are 8:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday–Friday, Saturday 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, Sundays Closed. However, we will respond to emergency situations after hours or even if we are closed.
- Do I Need a New Panel?
The answer to that question is not universal, if your panel is old it could have damaged connection from age and cause you to have a higher electric bill. Maybe your panel is full and you need an upgrade or a subpanel installed. If you have concerns about your panel you should call a licensed electrician to get it checked out and give you your best options.
- Do I Need a Generator?
Yes, if your business or home is prone to power outages and it is important to have a constant supply of power. If not, have safety kit in an easily accessible place with flashlight and candles, matches and use this time to create your own adventure.
